Payment Methods
♡ Via Credit Card or Paynow/Paylah
♡ For Paynow/Paylah, an email with the QR code will be sent to you. Do make payment within 3 days of the email being sent else the order will be cancelled.

Order Processing
♡ All mail will take up to 10-14 working days to process
♡ You will get an email notification once your order has been shipped

Shipping
♡ byrhylyn is based in Singapore and ships internationally to most countries. (Feel free to reach out if your country is not listed, I will do my best to add them in!)

Damaged or Missing Mail
♡ If your order arrives with missing items, please email me at byrhylyn@gmail.com
♡ byrhylyn is not responsible for items that are: delayed, lost via untracked mail, damaged due to postal handling, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at check out 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
♡ All sales are final. byrhylyn reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if necessary.
